That is sweet spot Carnation found on 47th, so he knew spoils rolling in soon. And this is truth, rolling in on four wheels, sometimes two, sometimes skis. So he found nearby parking lot - and rest is history, everybody know. Is called Grease Park.

The walls are three, maybe four cars high, doors welded shut. You can see rifle eye peering through upper windows. Is obvious if looking. He's got a storage container set up as a gate, lets the whole side drop to the ground - zdrastvooyte, hello, you have ramp. Is like, I don't know, okay, old castle? Hard to get in. Hard to get out.

A man who can afford a castle doesn't only deal in jingle... Think about it. Why would you build a massive holding, wall people out, and in, if you didn't have business pissing someone off? It could just be that they're paranoid, I guess... Carnation has something of a large extended family, and they're always looking for "new prospective members" if you know what I mean.

K2 didn't like Silica. At all (until recently). She thinks Rossi's pretty awesome, though! She's been with Hadden lately, the two are close.

Hitec is Handplant's mate. Rumors are that she's slept with K2.

Backside Misty

Backside Misty's the landlady for this chunk of apartments. Makes most of her coin from room and board, the little bit of power she gets from the one sky-kite isn't enough to charge real real for- it's spread out so thin for everyone. I think she's lonely, people always hating on who they owe rent. That's why stories for the electric. I do deliveries for her, mostly, settle the occasional dispute. Fucking's free for her, because, damn, girl. She has other people in her little fiefdom, folk to fix shit, or the Master Plumber. She's got food stores somehow, maybe a little hydro farm? I've never seen it.

Stalefish

Stalefish is a griper, always making trouble. He's stingy with stories and jingle. The guy is great with plants, though. Stalefish uses the feed, the power source from Misty, to keep some small heat lamps going in his place. He grows some herb, some edible stuff, too. Stalefish's important enough to keep alive and around, but he knows it.

Market
It's a big open area connected to the tunnels, used to be an underground parking garage. Lot of space though the ceiling's too low and half the place is angled up on ramps. People bring their shit, laid out on folding tables or blankets. Some are just piles of shit like boots and clothes you go wade through to find somethin' and others have more of a thing built up.

Forum's set up a stall in market recently. Normally he just pawns shit to move fast and goes on with his business, but maybe he got something new going on because he's set up a stall or whatever.

Jester is a musician who travels topside often, playing for whoever appreciates it. He brags that he's untouchable because nobody would kill the music he brings to life. He has sex with Rossi, after offering just to "cuddle".

It's an Orca — a big ... well, Jester said it isn't a fish, but if it lives in the ocean and looks like a fish... You decide. Anyway, it's a big, nomadic whale that lives in the ocean. Apparently they sing songs. Jester was evidently over the moon when someone told him animals could make music. He was still really excited about this fact when he told me, and even went so far to point out that their more common name — the killer whale — just made it all the more impressive... That a natural born killer could make something so beautiful really spoke to him.

Frontie had a few guys who all hung out on the outskirts of Chi-town. They're all snipers of note. They wait for stragglers, gun them down, then scavenge their bodies. Frontie had a daughter named Nollie who got hooked on ice. They fought, he kicked her out, and she froze to death outside.
Frontie has a younger cousin names Frontside Rodeo. They say Rodeo's a better shot than Grab.

Backside Misty - plesant landlady who houses most of the workers in Chi-Town in a series of underground storage areas and old parking garages. She provides power through a single sky-kite which is failing. Misty lives in a caboose in the freight tunnels, and is suffering from a disease that is slowly eroding her mind.
Beef Carpaccio - muscle, ugly guy who once tried to buy Silica off her dad. He helped Seatbelt, Lemma, Nose-pick, One-Footed and Silica steal the Soulja Boy's main generator.
Bloody Dracula - one of the Sk8rs, a girl who is pretty non-chalant. She warned Silica that Wonky was dangerous, and also watched the lava flow at The Field after the big throw down with Melancholy

HoHo - Orca fat fence for Frontie's snipers. He had a TV, loved it more than people. Ross shot him to death when she came for Silica
Invert - tough little Sparekey girl, not a bad shot, likes buying sex from Roxy's boys and smoking cigars
J-Tear - was a Sparekey, murdered by Molotov and Rossi
K2 - daughter of Hanplant and Forum, she works for Hadden sometimes. She's recently slept with Hadden (may have given him her virginity, sort of) and also Silica. She helped Hitec cheat on her mom and feels awful about it. She considers herself very selfish and feels ashamd about it.
Kemper - warlord of north Chi-Town. Bought the Soulja Boys generator, also has a gun press. Lemma knows he is a very good strategist
Layback - loner guy who likes exploring frozen places and bringing back stuff he finds for sale. He fell behind payments to Lemma, but paid her off with a cutting laser
Lashfight - sister of Hadden. She supports Merrell, trusts him and has defended him before.
Lootenant - Soulja Boy, no friend of Hadden. Last seen before the lavaflow at The Field.
Marmot - Dumpie who joined Lemma to learn how to be a Savvyhead. She's not flashy, works hard, and will state her opinion. In the short time she's spent with Lemma, she's grown close to her, is a bit protective of her "boss"
