Jeff Turner is Peter Daedalus' direct superior in the Promethean Society. He's an expatriated South African and devout Catholic, who almost got himself excommunicated the last time he stuck his neck out for Daedalus. His mistake was thinking humanity had exclusive rights on monstrosity. In the Society, he has something of a knack for prophecy- which is at odds with his faith.
